Fort Lauderdale Screening Postponed!

Turns out it’s hurricane season in Florida, ladies and gents. Thunderstorms, 90 degrees, feels like 102. “Rain from hell,” the old timers call it. As a result thereof, the population of Fort Lauderdale is a touch below average these days and our friends at Student34.org have decided to postpone the 12in12 screening until after hurricane season.
According to the Day After Tomorrow, as well as the trailer for 2012, there are many worse things coming our way, but hopefully we can find a few non-apocalyptic days before The End to get down to Florida and screen some movies!
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to purchase canned soup, water, a gun, some ammo and a raft.
